Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all digital courses purchased through the Rebuild Capable course platform at courses.rebuildwithricky.co.uk.

1. 30-day refund guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

Please include the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

2. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Once we approve your refund, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank but typically complete within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Requests outside 30 days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date fall outside our standard policy. If you have a concern outside this window, please contact us at hello@rebuildwithricky.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

4. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days of purchase. Our 30-day refund guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum and applies regardless of whether you have accessed the content.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
