By purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

Promotional or founding member pricing is valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. Your statutory cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the digital content. By accessing your course content following purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your rights under our 30-day money-back guarantee, which is set out separately in our Refund Policy.
6. Health, fitness, and your responsibility
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By purchasing a course you confirm that:
- You are in good health and physically capable of undertaking the training described in the course.
- You are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or other reason that would make exercise unsafe for you.
- You will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before starting if you have any doubt about your fitness to train.
- You will stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom during training.
- You understand that all training within our courses is self-regulated. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate exercise variation and intensity for your own ability on any given day.
- You accept the inherent risks associated with physical training and take responsibility for managing your own safety, environment, and equipment.
7. Medical conditions and pregnancy
If you have an existing medical condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, or are pregnant or postpartum, you must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional before starting. Nothing in our courses constitutes medical advice or treatment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any course, including injury resulting from your failure to follow guidance, train within your limits, or seek appropriate medical advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
All course content — including videos, text, training logs, guides, and other materials — is our intellectual property and is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of it in any form without our prior written consent.
10. The course platform
Courses are delivered through the Rebuild Capable course platform. We are not responsible for any downtime or technical issues affecting the platform itself, though we will do what we can to resolve any issues that affect your access to course content.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to course purchasers. Continued use of the platform following a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
